1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jitaace platform and all its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

jitaace reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. In the event of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual agreement.

1.1 Scope of Services

1.2 Language and Communication

The platform operates in both Bengali and English. If any difference arises between the Bengali and English versions of the Terms, the Bengali version shall be treated as the primary document.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use jitaace's services, users must meet the following conditions:

• The minimum age requirement is 21 years. Opening an account for any person under this age is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, they will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. jitaace reserves the right to close any account registered with false information.
• Account passwords and login details must be kept strictly confidential. Allowing third parties to use an account is not permitted.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

jitaace may request identity verification from a user at any time. This may require submission of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or another government-issued ID. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

If a user suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify the jitaace support team immediately. jitaace will not be responsible for any loss resulting from the user's own negligence.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

jitaace uses local mobile wallets and banking methods for deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Users should attempt to withdraw using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

4.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per account unless the offer states otherwise.
• To withdraw from a bonus-linked balance, the specified wagering requirements must be completed in full.
• Bonus funds may not be used to claim another bonus unless the terms of that offer explicitly allow it.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• jitaace reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

Weekly cashback is available under the jitaace VIP program. The program has five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, with a maximum weekly cashback of 1.2%. For example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

5 Game Categories and Betting

The jitaace platform offers slots, live casino, cricket and other sports events, and additional game categories.

5.1 Game Results and Fairness

All slot and casino game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is verified through independent auditing. Game providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution, and others operate under their own respective policies.

5.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or event are displayed within the game interface. jitaace reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.3 Cancelled and Void Bets

If a bet is determined to be void due to a technical error, incorrect data, or any other reason, jitaace reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the original stake. Using betting algorithms or software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Where an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any real-money balance will be returned, but bonus funds are non-refundable. In cases of fraud, jitaace reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance.

8.1 User's Right to Close Their Own Account

Any user may request account closure at any time by contacting the jitaace support team via live chat or email. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of the request may be withdrawn.

9 Limitation of Liability

jitaace will not accept liability for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical issues.
• Problems arising from faults in the user's own device or software.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Services being temporarily suspended due to legal obligations.

jitaace always works to maintain service quality, but services may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance. Advance notice is given where possible.
